I normally don’t leave reviews and when I do I rarely give 5 stars however when it comes to dealing with Mike of European Stucco Design i am compelled to write this review. Mike is a magician when it comes to anything stucco. We are building our dream house and my wife had a certain vision for all the exterior trim. We sat with Mike over a year ago and he made samples that matched exactly what my wife wanted not only in design but also the surface and color. He and his team were great to deal with and delivered quality pieces in a timely manner. Mike was also instrumental when it came to installation lending his expertise to our installers and subs. We had a great experience working with this group. Our problems began in the spring when a woodpecker tried to make holes and build a nest with multiple entry points in the stucco facade. We scared her away but she kept returning to make more holes. The quote he gave us was fair and reasonable, and far less than quotes from other stucco repair places. He came out to inspect the damage within a day or two of our inquiry, and the work was completed the following week. It took two guys a few hours. The finished work looks impeccable, no visible signs of repair, the stucco color matches perfectly. And the bird has not returned! The second thing that I personally think was amazing, was he gave us instructions on how to repair an opening in the side of the house near the hose spigot and siding where some wasps were beginning to set up a nest. My husband was able to take care of evicting the wasps and sealing up the entry point on his own thanks to their expert advice. Highly highly highly recommend, excellent work ethic, fair pricing, and very professional.

Mike and his crew did an incredible job repairing all of our damaged EIFS and repainting our entire house. He also applied a 2nd coat of EIFS including mesh to the entire front of our house. Our house looks brand new. They are meticulous when it comes to even the smallest detail. They work quickly, quietly, and are extremely neat. All of the trash and scraps were completely removed from our property when the job was finished. They finished the job almost 1 week ahead of schedule. I highly recommend them.

We went through an extensive search and review process, which involved 4 different stucco contractors. After meeting all contractors on site, we ranked them all on price, quality of their work, reviews, understanding of our needs, and their ability to communicate their approach. We ultimately landed on Mike and European Stucco Design LLC.
The texture of our stucco is unusual and many contractors were reluctant to commit to matching the texture of our stucco. Mike and European Stucco LLC did not hesitate. The work began as promised, and we regularly discussed progress. Moreover, Mike was on site and working, hands on, side-by-side with his team. This gave us tremendous confidence and was reassuring to see his work ethic and approach.
